Dear friends and intercessors, grace and peace!

 

It is a blessing to get in touch with you again and share a little bit with you some prayer request for us and our ministry in Paraguay:

Praise God with us:

1.    For the first Spiritual Retreat for pastors: it took place the last weekend with pastor from two districts. It was a time for fellowship and Biblical studies about spiritual and strategic leadership. The spiritual retreat was part of the three retreats that I need to develop for my Doctoral Dissertation. I am expecting that these retreats will contribute for increasing the leadership skills of our pastors.

2.    We re-started the mentoring classes program twice a week. We have 40 kids that come from the public school in front of our church.

 

Ask God with us, we have a very busy week:

1.       Every Monday and Wednesday: we have the mentoring classes from 2 to 6:30 pm. Please, pray for these classes for the teachers and students. In each one of these days, we have evangelism program for these kids (Christian movies and snack at the end).

2.       Thursday 21, we will have a special meeting for elderly people. This is a time when we invite people from our neighborhood for a time of friendship and testimony of God’s Word. Pray so that many elderly people come and for the impact of God in their lives.

3.       Saturday 24, we will have a special outreach event in our neighborhood: During the afternoon hours, we will have social service (dentist, nurse’s attention, barber shop, kid’s games, counseling, etc). In the evening hours, we will have a special service with music, plays, and preaching. Please pray for the favorable weather conditions since the event is in a public square. Pray also for the program, the volunteers, and the most important, that many people give their lives to Jesus.

4.       Every Saturday we have special program for kids, kind of Sunday school program. After the program, we offer a lunch for those kids. Right now, we have about 35 kids. Please, pray for this program, for God’s provision and that all of those kids may have a deep experience with God.

5.       Pray for God’s protection: we have had some spiritual retaliation against us, the church van has broken several times, even our car also, and some other churches electronic items as well. Please cover us with your prayers.

We are sure that the more we pray and the more we get people praying, the best will be the results of any activity we have here, and God will work through us.
